The City of Victor Harbor has appointed local events company Fairy Pig to manage the Rock ‘N’ Roll Festival in 2024 and 2025.
As a result of continued festival growth, Council sought expressions of interest last year from businesses and individuals keen to manage the popular festival. Following an extensive selection process, Fairy Pig was appointed.
Led by Kingsley and Jessica, Fairy Pig has a track-record of successful events in the region, including the popular Summer Sands Sessions.
Under the new arrangement, Fairy Pig will be responsible for the logistical planning, organisation, marketing, and execution of the Rock ‘N’ Roll Festival in conjunction with the Historic Motor Vehicles Club.
Fairy Pig co-owner, Kingsley, said they will be preserving the festival’s essence while exploring opportunities for improvement through strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
“The Rock ‘N’ Roll Festival means a lot to our region. We look forward to helping make it even bigger and better while still maintaining the spirit of an already great event,” said Kingsley.
“We have loved attending the Rock ‘N’ Roll Festival for years and are eager to work with the dedicated team behind its success.”

City of Victor Harbor Mayor, Dr Moira Jenkins, said the Rock ‘N’ Roll Festival is a highlight on the annual events calendar for many.
“I’m so excited that Victor Harbor locals will be taking on the management of this much-loved festival to ensure its continued success,” said Mayor Jenkins.
“Council has proudly managed the festival for 14 years, but now it’s time for Fairy Pig to bring a fresh perspective. Fairy Pig has a combined 50 years of industry experience, and extensive skills in event management and stakeholder engagement.”
