Fairy Pig – Conditions of Sale

All tickets sold for Fairy Pig events, including those purchased online, are sold subject to the following Conditions of Sale. We try to keep things fair and transparent – if anything’s unclear, feel free to get in touch.
(In this document, “the Promoter” refers to Fairy Pig.)

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. The Promoter is unable to offer refunds or exchanges, including in cases of illness or inability to attend.

2. Ticketing Platform & Promoter Responsibility

Tickets are sold via TryBooking on behalf of the Promoter. The Promoter is responsible for the content, delivery, and fulfilment of the advertised event.

3. Program Changes & Artist Substitutions

The Promoter reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and to vary the advertised program as necessary.

4. Ticket Delivery & Entry

PDF tickets will be emailed to purchasers. Digital copies (on phones or mobile devices) are accepted at the event. Ticketholder details may also be verified on arrival, and entry may be granted without a copy of the ticket if needed.

5. Concessions

Where concession pricing is offered, suitable and valid identification must be provided at the time of collection or entry.
Companion Cards are welcome at all Fairy Pig events. Cardholders are encouraged to get in touch via contact@fairypig.me to arrange Companion Card bookings.

6. Late Entry & Right of Admission

Late arrivals may not be admitted until an appropriate break in the performance. Venue staff and the Promoter reserve the right to refuse admission as required.

7. Accessibility

The Promoter does their best to make events accessible; however, full access cannot be guaranteed. Attendees with questions are encouraged to contact contact@fairypig.me prior to the event.

8. Photography, Recording & Media Use

Events may be photographed, sound recorded and/or filmed by the Promoter, accredited media, or other authorised parties. Attendees may appear in this material, which may be used for promotional or commercial purposes. By attending, all ticketholders acknowledge this and grant permission for their likeness to be used without compensation.
Photographs or footage may be published on the Promoter’s website, social media, or printed materials, and may be released to third parties for the promotion of future events. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for further distribution or reproduction of this material beyond their original publications.

9. Ticket Resale & Commercial Use

Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium, nor used for advertising, promotions, or other commercial purposes (including trade promotions or competitions) without the prior written consent of the Promoter. Any breach of this condition may void the ticket.

10. Force Majeure

If a performance or event is cancelled due to circumstances reasonably beyond the control of the Promoter (including weather, public health restrictions, or other force majeure events), no obligation is assumed by TryBooking to arrange a substitute service, event, or performance.
